Please Note:

Delivery

We strive to ensure our delivery information on site is as accurate as possible, however on some occasions packages may be delayed due to factors out of our control.
Orders are dispatched seven days a week, excluding bank holidays. We will send you an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Unfortunately it is not possible to change the delivery address of the order once it has left our warehouse, however if you do need to amend your order prior to dispatch then please get in touch with our Customer Service team who will do their best to accommodate any changes.

Europe/EU Orders

Due to the ongoing disruption caused by Brexit, we have no option but to temporarily pause all EU orders and shipments, with immediate effect.
We’ve faced increasing complexities in transporting your orders from our UK warehouse to the EU and have been trying to adapt to this new approach. Despite our best efforts, we’ve faced significant challenges from both the UK and EU border officials, our courier partners, as well as new customs systems and processes.
We strongly apologise and hope you understand. We’re working hard to resolve this situation with all parties.

Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Unfortunately, due to delays and problems at UK ports, we are currently not delivering to Europe. Sorry for any disappointment. Please note that due to the ongoing pandemic situation deliveries may take longer than usual.
Returns have been extended so that you now have up to 90 Days from delivery to return your package for a full refund. Please note that due to current COVID-19 restrictions, returns will be processed within 14 days. If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please contact our customer service team. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please refer to the tracking reference provided in your dispatch email for more accurate updates. For international orders (excluding Ireland), please see the latest delivery status updates from UPS.
Unfortunately we are not able to offer Click and Collect to our Stores at this time.

Returns

Please note that should you wish to return an item, they are taking longer than normal to process and refund, due to increased hygiene measures within our warehouse. Please be reassured that we will try to deal with it as quickly as possible.
We thank you for your patience on this.
Customers are reminded they have 90 days to return their items. Please see the instructions below.

Standard delivery

Tracked standard delivery is free on all UK Mainland orders over £70 and your order will be delivered within 7 working days. For orders under £70 the standard delivery option is £4.95 despatched via Hermes.
Hermes will send additional delivery updates by email and also (if you provide a phone number), an SMS to pre-advise you of the delivery time. On the email/SMS from Hermes, there are options to change or divert the delivery.
If you don’t receive your parcel within the projected timeframe after we send you a dispatch email please contact us. You have 30 days after receipt of a dispatch email to contact us in event of a non-delivery. Refunds cannot be made after this time.

UK Mainland Next Day Delivery

Our tracked Hermes Next Day service is available on most UK Mainland orders placed before 5pm and is charged at £6.95 on orders under £70 and £3.95 for orders over £70. Hermes will send additional delivery updates by email and also (if you provide a phone number), an SMS to pre-advise you of the delivery time. On the email/SMS from Hermes, there are options to change or divert the delivery. If you don’t receive your parcel within the projected timeframe after we send you a dispatch email please contact us. You have 30 days after receipt of a dispatch email to contact us in event of a non-delivery. Refunds cannot be made after this time.

Parcelshops

Have your order delivered to one of 4000+ Parcelshops in the UK. This service is free on all UK Mainland orders over £70. UK Mainland Orders will arrive within 2-5 working days. For orders under £70 the standard delivery option is £4.95.
Hermes will send additional delivery updates by email and also (if you provide a phone number), an SMS to pre-advise you of the delivery time. On the email/SMS from Hermes, there are options to change or divert the delivery.

Collect+

Please ensure you keep your Collect+ receipt as this is proof of return until the refund is made, as we can not refund parcels that are lost in transit.

Large Orders

Please note that exceptionally large orders (those over 10 suits) may take longer to delivery due to delivery restrictions.

UK RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your order but if you would like to return an item or items, for whatever reason, you may do so. You have 60 days from receipt of your order to return any items as long as they are unworn, unsoiled and in a saleable condition with all labels still attached.

We unfortunately cannot accept the return of any item which has been altered to your own personal specifications.

For exchanges we ask that you place a new order for any new items that you require and return back to us any unwanted items.

Indivudal returns packages are limited to 10kg and 50 x 50 x 60cm. If your return exceeds these limits please contact us for additional returns labels.

Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns from the USA at this time.

OVERSEAS RETURNS

We are more than happy for any overseas order to be returned but we do ask that whoever is returning the order cover the cost of the return postage to our warehouse. You have 60 days from receipt of your order to return any items as long as they are unworn, unsoiled and in a saleable condition with all labels still attached. We unfortunately cannot accept the return of any item which as been altered to your own personal specifications. For exchanges we ask that you place a new order for any new items you require and return back to us an unwanted items as specified above. Please note that it is your responsibility to return the goods in a saleable condition, we cannot take responsibility for any missing or lost items being returned back to our warehouse.
